SHANGHAI – Wuling has launched the Zhengcheng, its new multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) with a roomy interior for families and business users.

It provides a variety of seating combinations. Doors on both sides make it convenient for passengers to get in and out and for cargo to be loaded and unloaded. The rear seats can be turned and folded flat to adapt the interior to meet the varying needs of users.

The Zhengcheng is powered by a 1.5L turbocharged engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission. It generates 108 kW of maximum power and 250 Nm of maximum torque. Fuel consumption is as low as 7.3 liters/100 km.

The MPV is 5,150 mm long, 1,840 mm wide and 1,895 mm tall. Along with a wheelbase of 3,180 mm, this gives it a very roomy interior. A 12-leaf high-strength suspension system improves load strength for carrying heavy items.

Four exterior colors are available: Glacier White, Wave Silver, Earth Gray and Starry Night Black. The interior adopts a two-tone color scheme.

Dual front airbags, the automatic lock-out function, a rear camera, reversing radar and a multifunction steering wheel with fixed speed cruise control to enhance safety come standard.

Two variants with a seven-seat layout are priced at RMB 75,800 and RMB 83,800, and two commercial variants are priced at RMB 75,800 and RMB 90,800.
