SHANGHAI – Wuling today launched the Nano EV Disney Zootopia limited edition in cooperation with Disney at the Tianjin International Auto Show.

Themed and personalized decals and exclusive badges inside and outside the Nano EV serve as a tribute to the popular animated feature film. Headrests are embroidered with the Disney name and the Disney Limited Edition logo appears on the body sides. The electric vehicle comes in the chic Judy Powder and Nick Green colors, paying homage to Zootopia characters Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.

The Nano EV has a practical “Free Two Go” design, which matches the needs of today’s independent younger generation that is always on the go. The two-seater has “small body, large capacity” styling, with a 1,600-millimeter wheelbase. Its compact body and turning radius of 3.8 meters enable it to get in and out of tight spaces conveniently.

The Nano EV can reach 100 kilometers per hour and has a range of up to 305 kilometers on a single charge. With an optional 6.6-kW high-powered fast charger, the Nano EV can be fully charged in 4.5 hours.

The model is equipped with the BMS intelligent battery management system, as well as low-temperature pre-heating technology and battery insulation. It has received an advanced IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating, with active safety production, insulation fault alarm and short circuit protection to ensure the highest level of safety. The battery’s functions can even be remotely monitored via a smartphone app.

Further enhancing safety, more than 40% of the Nano EV’s body consists of high-strength steel and high-strength hot-formed steel. It also comes with electronic stability control, electronic brake-force distribution, hill-start assist control, the tire pressure monitoring system and reversing radar.

The Nano EV Disney Zootopia limited edition is limited to 5,000 units nationwide. It is priced at RMB 59,800.
